Removal
- Place the vehicle on its centre stand;
- Support the engine adequately;
- Loosen the nut shown in the figure and pull out the pin from the left-hand side.
- Loosen the nut and lock nut on the left-hand side of the scooter (see figure) and unscrew the pin from the opposite side.
- Remove the retaining screw of the rear brake pipe shown in the figure.
- Loosen the nut on the inside of the frame from the left-hand side (see figure) and remove the relevant pin;
- Remove the swinging arm.

Removal Clean thoroughly and visually inspect if the components are in good conditions. Check the upper steering bearing for wear. Check the lower steering bearing for wear. Visually inspect that the steering fifth wheel tracks, the headstock and the steering tube exhibit no scores or abnormal wear. Otherwise, replace them.

Check that the silent bloc is not damaged. If it is, replace the coupling. Remove the Seeger ring shown in the picture Remove the full silent bloc bracket Hold the full silent bloc bracket in the clamp Using the appropriate tool, remove the silent bloc from the bracket from the side corresponding to the inside of the vehicle. This is to guarantee the tool is centred properly on the support
